L.A.C.A.E Cooking Club

Learn to cook authentic meals from around Latin America during our Latin American cooking classes. Each Latin American country has a distinctive culture and colonial history—and as a result, its own unique cuisine. While chillis, rice, beans, corn, potatoes, and fresh salsas are found throughout Latin America, they are modernised in some places, traditional in others, with a tropical twist in still others.

From Peru to Costa Rica to the Caribbean, indigenous ‘foodways’ blend with Spanish colonial food, modern cooking techniques and local ingenuity, for delicious results. Our Latin American chefs share their culture and cuisines, their stories and recipes, their tips and tricks. What better way to dream of a visit to Latin America than through your taste buds.

L.A.C.A.E will be running this cooking club the first and last Sunday of each month.
